Question: Can you get bikes on sims 2 ?

I know you can get them on Sims 3, but can you get bikes on Sims 2 also ? I hope so... And also...why can't I install Sims 2 University, if I already have Nightlife, Freetime, Pets, Sims3, and Family Fun Stuff installed. Is it because University was made BEFORE them ? =( Thanks for answering xx
