RAPS!! Basically play any other game ie 21, then the loser has to receive raps off the winner. Cut the deck and whatever number is picked is how many raps the receiver gets. A rap is hitting the knuckle with the deck of cards, and can take a bit of getting used to to try to make them bleed

Either continental or texas holdam and if you want something simple and fun i'd say snap or go fish
