Question: In warcraft 3 how do i control my ally computers units in custom games?

You can't; you can only control ally units if they share control, and it isn't possible for computer to do this. If you're playing a normal game and just want another person's peon, just use a banshee and take control of it.

If you want control over allies and still want them to run themselves, use advanced share unit control under forces tab of Players Options. However , the computer may be able to conrol you as well. For this you will have to use Forces (under player options) and then create forces - 1 force for you and allies and another for enemies. After this is available, you can select the options you want.
