You need more details. Are they wireless controllers? What about the games? Popular or not? How is the 360 modded? Can't really put a price on something that isn't well descriptive. But, if I was to think that it was a regular 60gb Xbox 360 console with 5 games and 3 wireless controllers, you probably looking at around $350-450
