The price that is on the package that is name brand costs 4.99 or 3.99 for 24 or 4.99 or 5.99 for 36 (sorry i can't remember the exact) so if they sell the silly bands brand then this is what they should cost

I never heard of learning express... but i know you can buy animal rubber bands at hot topic for....$3.00 a pack
