Question: What to do with toys?

I have no room in our apartment yet i must take back what I have been using to store the children's toys in ...our full size freezer! Tell me where or what or how do I store away all the children's toys neatly so no one sees them. I have no place for a new cupboard and no place for a toy box and no cupboards to put them in as it stands. If I let the toys be available at all times, without a place to clean them away to the childrean have full access and create a big mess they only enjoy for 5 mins. And I have to clean up for hours. WHat to do? Where do toys belong? How do I store them? I thought to get cardboard boxes and stack them neatly on the freezer.?
