Question: Are ripstiks kids toys?

Im not saying they are, im just kinda curious, cuz i would want one, but it seemed like they were advertised for younger kids? what what do u guys think, are the ripstiks something that older people do or just a kid type hobby? i see them being used around my college campus sometimes, so idk

Does it really matter. look up mike motzart. He is a proffesional toy colletor. It could be just like normal skating. If not sell it on ebay

Technically it could be for all ages, but I think for the most part only kids will like them. I'm an adult and a skateboarder, and I've rode ripsticks several times just for the heck of it, but for me its only fun for a few minutes, then the novelty wears off its back to the skateboard (which feels really funny after being on a ripstick). If your trying to decide if you want one, then just try one at the store and see wether you like it, doesn't matter what age its designed for as long as you like it. PS: I've seen a video of someone landing a kickflip on one, pretty impressive.
